Bridge Ink is the official online young adult literary journal of PWN Teen, a division of Project Write Now, a nonprofit writing organization. Bridge Ink is published every other month and seeks original writing and art from young voices ages 13 to 18 (occasionally, we also accept submissions from writers ages 10-12). Our editors yearn to see something different, to learn from a piece of work, or to discover a new point of view. We are looking for young, honest voices daring enough to share those stories. How can a poem reveal an observation, emotion, or experience in a new or unique way? How can a story change a reader’s way of thinking? We want stories that open our minds to new possibilities. If you’re not sure what you want to write about, find inspiring prompts on our Instagram page. Submissions are open year-round, always welcomed, and always free.
Bridge Ink is created and run by Project Write Now’s interns. If you are interested in becoming an intern, email pwnteen@projectwritenow.org.
