The Columbia Climate Online Conference is a two-day virtual event planned by high school students, for high school students. The Columbia Climate School was established in 2020 by Columbia University to address the urgent need to tackle climate change. It is the first school in the United States dedicated solely to climate change and is home to leading scientists, policymakers, and practitioners from a wide range of disciplines, including the natural sciences, social sciences, law, economics, and public health. The school offers a variety of educational programs for students and professionals, including degree programs, certificate programs, and executive education courses. It also hosts public events and webinars and has established partnerships with organizations around the world to promote climate literacy and action.
