If you are aged 14+, join our Summer Innovation Camps—a two-week experience in New York City, Lisbon, Porto, or Seoul—designed for future changemakers ready to shape the world. Collaborate with top innovators, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders as you tackle real challenges for real companies. Learn cutting-edge tools, systems thinking, and the innovation process through hands-on, cross-disciplinary work.
New York City: Solve real social and climate challenges with one of the world’s top business schools, right on Columbia University’s iconic NYC campus. Over two weeks, work in teams to design innovations that build skills in leadership and sustainability.
Lisbon: Collaborate with top Portuguese companies and one of Europe’s leading innovation hubs to solve real-world challenges that make a difference.
Lisbon Introductory (one week): Explore entrepreneurship through hands-on challenges, teamwork, and creative experimentation in a setting that feels engaging, social, and supportive. Throughout the week, students are introduced to AI, collaboration, creative problem-solving, and pitching as tools for thinking and communication.
Seoul: Dive into global e-commerce with Korea’s leading digital marketplace. Over two weeks, explore the fast-paced world of online retail and innovation with one of the country’s top employers.

Cost/Compensation
- New York: $3,500 (commuter) or $6,500 (residential)
- Lisbon: $3,000 (two week residential) or $1,000 (one-week residential)
- Seoul: $4,000 (commuter) or $6,000 (residential)
Eligibility Requirements
- The Columbia program (NYC) admits high school students including rising 9th graders and graduated seniors.
- To reside in Columbia’s residence halls, students must be aged 14 years or older.
- The two-week Lisbon and Seoul programs admit high school students who are rising 10th graders and older.
- The one-week Lisbon program admits students ages 13-17

Financial Aid Details
- We are committed to making our program accessible to all students and have reserved seats for students with financial needs. Families may apply for financial need assistance if their family income for the previous two years is below $100,000. Please note that scholarship funding is limited. Applications for financial aid will be reviewed on a first-completed, first-admitted basis.
