Students are selected from around the globe to spend a day at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. While at IU, students:

  • Participate in workshops with top Kelley School of Business faculty
  • Interact with Kelley alumni and current students
  • Explore a real-world business case project
  • Build leadership and communication skills
  • Connect with like-minded women interested in business

Schedule

  • Virtual program occurs multiple times in November
  • In-person program occurs multiples times throughout June and July

Cost/Compensation

  • Free, but participants must cover travel to and from the site.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum 3.5 GPA
  • Be a rising junior or senior (in person)
  • Current sophomore, juniors, or seniors (virtual)
  • Open to female students only

Deadline

  • Virtual: Applications are due no later than 2 weeks before the program date
  • In-person: Applications are due no later than 2 months before the program date
