MFA Teen Programs are internships where teens can develop leadership skills and learn about museum professions through the Teen Arts Council, provide valuable assistance to Museum visitors as Visitor Aides and Program Assistants, explore their creativity through studio art classes and workshops, and provide teen-focused events for their Boston-area peers to enjoy and engage the Museum’s global collections.
MFA Teen Programs are paid internships that last 12 months and are open to rising high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are Boston residents and/or attend a Boston Public School. Students apply to one of three distinct programs:
- MFA Teen Arts Council
- STEAM Team Fellowship
- Curatorial Study Hall Program

The Museum of Fine Arts (MFA), Boston, is one of the most comprehensive art museums in the world.
